Weldania Besana

Galafr Besana

Weldania Besana was a Mana Caster working for the Invardium Agency of Banking and Finance and was also a veteran of the Invardium Militia.

History

Childhood

From an early age, Weldania knew she was gifted with an incredible knack for Mana. She would experiment with Mana at every opportunity she could.

Militia Service

In Weldania's young adult life, she would become renown for her abilities, joining the Invardium Militia as soon as she was able. She wanted to contribute whatever she could to her nation, including whatever powers she possessed. Weldania would ascend the ranks at a remarkable pace.

Induction into the IABF

The Jadeth Council were impressed with Weldania's pace. Rather than allowing her to climb through the ranks, the Council offered her a position within the Invardia Agency of Banking and Finance. They cited her as too valuable to Invardia's success to remain in the Militia. She accepted. Upon assuming her position, she would again prove herself to be exceptionally capable with Mana. Her rates far surpassed all others in the Agency. Realizing the potential of Mana, she proposed several theoretical techniques and technologies to the IABF that she claimed would significantly increase the rate at which Mana Bits were created.

Alleged Suicide

Weldania was found dead in her home early in the morning by one of her assistants. She had been found on the floor, Mana pooled around her lifeless body. A note had been left on her desk, reading simply "I am sorry". Analysis of the handwriting confirms the note had indeed been written by Weldania herself. Examinations of her body indicate no attempt at poisoning, no entry wound for a murder weapon, or any sign of disease. Samples of her Mana have been analyzed, turning up nothing regarding her death. To this day, the exact reasoning behind her death remains a mystery. Her death was officially ruled a suicide, settling her case.
